EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, Tribe does not accept any refunds or returns once purchased. However, we do have an exchange policy for wrong handed or damaged products upon delivery.

All exchanges must be submitted within five (5) days of receiving the package. We do advise to come to our studio for any exchanges, as delivery via third parties may result in delays and we may not be able to process any exchanges which come after 5 days of receipt. 

Exchanges will not be granted for the following:

  • For any Fight Gear (gloves, wraps, speed wraps)

  • If the product has been evidently worn, used, or washed 

  • If the product is found to be damaged or altered in any way

To request for any exchange you do either of the following:

  1. Come to one of our studios and present your item(s) which is/are to be exchanged

  2. Send us an email via our contact form or email us at [email protected] and structuring your message as below:

    SUBJECT: EXCHANGE - #YOUR ORDER NUMBER

    TEXT:

    1. Product Name(s):

    2. Quantity:

    3. Reason: either wrong product delivered or product damaged upon delivery

    4. Photo of product:

    5. Comments (Optional):


We will take 1-3 days to process your request, and you will be notified via email on the status of your exchange request, and what to do after.
