Terms and Conditions
Tribe Boxing Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes.
“Account” means the TRIBE Store account you will need to register on this platform to submit an order. This differs to your TRIBE account used to buy TRIBE Class Credits and book TRIBE classes on https://www.tribebx.co;
“Business Day” means a day from 9:00am to 5:00pm within the Malaysian timezone (GMT+8), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and announced public holidays by the Malaysia government for the Kuala Lumpur region;
“Order Confirmation” means our email to you, in which we acknowledge your order in in accordance with clause 4.2 below;
“Fulfilment Confirmation” means our email to you, in which we acknowledge your order in accordance with clause 4.4 below;
“Contract” means your order of a product or products in accordance with these Terms & Conditions which we accept in accordance with Clause 4.2 below;
“Customer” means any individual who places an order on this platform;
“Order” means the order submitted by you to the platform to purchase a product from us;
“Platform” means the website https://store.tribebx.co which directly relates to online sales of goods and services on behalf of Tribe Boxing Sdn. Bhd. will be described as the “Platform” within these Terms & Services;
“Website” means the eCommerce website for the online sales of goods and services found at the following address: https://store.tribebx.co;
“You” means the Customer or a Guest.
To place an order with TRIBE you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may place an order with TRIBE only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to your use of the platform and all orders and contracts made or to be made by us for the sale and supply of products. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and TRIBE and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between us.
Terms of Sale
To place an order, you must register with us by creating an account on the platform. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes, by using the relevant sections of the platform. Additionally, you shall not misuse the platform by creating multiple user accounts.
Formation of Contract
- The information set out in these Terms & Conditions and the details contained on this platform do not constitute an offer for the sale but rather an invitation to treat. No contract in respect of any products shall exist between you and us until we have shipped the products to your address.
- To submit an order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the platform. After this you will receive an Order Confirmation which will act as an acknowledgement of your order.
- An order is only considered accepted by us upon us sending you a Fulfillment Confirmation email, and your order being shipped to the delivery address provided by you.
- A contract will relate only to those products which we deliver to you. If your order consists of more than one product, the products may be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times.
Price and Payment
Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this platform are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order before we have shipped it to you, and you have already paid for your order, you will receive a full refund
Fulfillment of Orders
Once orders have been confirmed, we will process the order within 1-2 business days, whereby an email notification will be sent to inform you that your order is ready to be dispatched. Once this email has been sent, your order will be subject to our Cancellation Policies (see Clause 6).
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the platform, please contact [email protected] immediately. We will try our best to process your request.
Refusal of Order
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this platform at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this platform. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do so, at any time, at our sole discretion.
If we cancel your order and you have already made payment for your order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.
We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any products from this platform, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this platform, or for refusing to process or accept an order.
We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery, per your request during your order, within the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as stated in the Order Confirmation).
We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result of a late delivery.

Currently we are only able to deliver to regions within the Klang Valley at the moment. Standard delivery will take between 1-3 business days.
Express same day delivery is available, through Lalamove. Custom delivery fees will apply, depending on your delivery location.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, in which event, we will inform you using the contact details you provided to us when you made your order. Subsequently, we will arrange for the cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternate delivery address.
Pickup is only available via our TRIBE studios, between 9am to 12pm, and 5pm to 8pm. Your products will be held for 5 days upon receiving the Fulfilment Confirmation email. Any orders not picked up within 5 days will be considered cancelled. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation with a full refund.
All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a contract (for example see 5.10 below) risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but if for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product. Any breach of obligations by you, might impact your ability to shop on the TRIBE Store in the future.
If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card with instructions on how to claim your order. In most instances, you will either:
- Be required to collect your order from a TRIBE Studio.
- Request your product to be delivered at another date, which will be subject to additional delivery fees depending on the delivery partner used.
If delivery or collection is delayed through you unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
- Charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
- No longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify that we are immediately cancelling the applicable contract, in which case, we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company (as applicable) any money already paid to us under contract; less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the product, and any storage fees as provided for in clause 4.8 (a) above)
You acknowledge that products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
Waivers or discounts off your shipping fee may apply if your net order value after returns and cancellations is above the threshold(s) set out in the Shipping Fees Policy.
The value of your order shown at check-out on our platform which is charged to you shall be the value that prevails for TRIBE’s determination of your eligibility for either a waiver or a discount off the shipping fee applicable to your order.
Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via phone at 03 6411 7406; or by email at [email protected]. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled. Returns will only be offered should the items received be damaged or incorrectly sent.
Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately, Tribe does not accept any refunds or returns once purchased. However, we do have an exchange policy for wrong handed or damaged products upon delivery.
All exchanges must be submitted within five (5) days of receiving the package. We do advise to come to our studio for any exchanges, as delivery via third parties may result in delays and we may not be able to process any exchanges which come after 5 days of receipt.
Exchanges will not be granted for the following:
- For any Fightgear (gloves, wraps, speed wraps);
- The product has been evidently worn, used, or washed;
- If the product is found to be damaged or altered in any way.
Your returned products will usually be received and accepted back to us within a set number of days after the return has been delivered. Returns handling time will vary depending on the method of return. We will refund to you or your credit or debit card company (as applicable).
All product descriptions, information and materials posted on this platform are provided ‘as in’ and without express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
Product images as seen on the platform may slightly differ from the actual product that you may receive.
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your Order Number, name and address, details of the product, reason for return, and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Upon receipt of your product(s), we will examine it and advise on the status of replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as practicable.
TRIBE may at its own discretion refuse to process a replacement exchange order. However, we may offer a refund as a substitute remedy, subject to clause 6,
In the event the returned product(s) are not faulty, we may, at our own discretion, decide not to replace or refund the product and/or may require you to pay all reasonable carriage and servicing costs to your credit or debit card, or the payment details provided to use when you made your order, and, to the extent of the law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
Disclaimer of Liability
The content displayed on this platform is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary and to the fullest extent permitted by law, TRIBE and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this platform and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, and misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless TRIBE, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this platform or your breach of the Terms and Conditions
Guarantee and Complaints Management
TRIBE shall perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable skills and care.
We place great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the aforementioned contact details provided in clause 4.3 of these Terms and Conditions. We will attempt to address your concerns as soon as possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint. In guarantee cases, the manufacturer or supplier must generally be involved, and as such, it may take longer to resolve such enquiries or complaints.
In the event of a complaint, do try to describe the object(s) of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where applicable, send us copies of the Confirmation. In rare cases, your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you. If you did not receive any response from us within five (5) Business Days, please make further and additional enquiries, with no hesitation.
